LizzyTeach is an AI literacy platform designed to teach everyday adults — particularly working professionals, career changers, and adults 50 and older — how to use artificial intelligence tools in their daily lives. Often described as a "Duolingo for AI," LizzyTeach delivers short, structured, audio-first lessons across five tracks: Business & Entrepreneur, Work & Career, Everyday Life, Creative, and Learning & Education.

Each lesson walks learners through a real AI tool using guided audio narration, exact prompts they can copy and use immediately, and hands-on practice exercises. The platform is designed to be accessible without a technical background, meeting learners where they are and building confidence through repetition and practical application. LizzyTeach launched its V2 platform in early 2026 with 90+ lessons at launch and a weekly content pipeline designed to keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
