World Sauna Forum 2026 Matchmaking

Participating in a matchmaking event is a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration. A short pre-scheduled 20-minute meeting is a brilliant way to make a first impression that lasts!

The World Sauna Forum participants have a possibility to book 20-minute 1 to1 onsite meetings with other registered participants. The meetings are booked and scheduled before the event, on this matchmaking platform or with the mobile application (b2match).

• 9 June 2026: 20-minute meetings can be booked flexibly between 9-17. No specific location is reserved for these meetings by the organizer -> please agree on the meeting location with your meeting partner when booking the meeting.

• 10 June 2026: 20-minute meetings can be booked to be held in the Matchmaking Area in Sataman Viilu between 9-12 and 14-18.

• 11 June 2026: 20-minute meetings can be booked to be held in the Matchmaking Area in Sataman Viilu between 9-12.

For meetings on 10-11 June 2026, please book your meetings well in advance, to secure your meeting spot in the Matchmaking Area. Remember to accept or decline the meeting invitations you receive, as only meetings with "accepted" status are scheduled and reserved a meeting table.

Please note that the matchmaking is offered only to World Sauna Forum 2026 participants, and onsite only.

Register for the Matchmaking

Register via the Register button. Note that you have to register first to the main event World Sauna Forum 2026, register here.

Create your profile to showcase who you are and what you are looking for

Create a clear and concise participant profile to raise your visibility on the matchmaking website. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Remember to check that your time zone is correct on the matchmaking platform, it should match the time zone you are on the day of the meeting.

You can add the following to your profile:

• Pitch, biography, your skills and interests. They appear in your personal profile under “Participants” list. Your skills appear as tags in the search box.

• Organization detail. This appears in “Company”. You can introduce your company in more detail in this section.

• Opportunities. You can create “opportunities” – products & services you offer to other participants and "request", something you are looking for. They appear in “Marketplace”. This is a good way for finding relevant persons to meet through products and services.

Browse profiles of other participants

Go to the participant list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the My Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet in Jyväskylä during the matchmaking event. Please note that the meetings are onsite only. You can agree to have the meeting in the dedicated Matchmaking Area in Sataman Viilu for meetings on 10-11 June 2026, or flexibly in the meeting place agreed between the meeting partners for meetings on 9 June 2026 (no specific meeting location reserved by the organizer).

You can also send messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the matchmaking event, to establish stronger connections.

Your personal meeting agenda

In Meetings, you have the list of your meetings, who you will meet, at what time and the number of the table where you will meet. Please be on time!

Join the meeting

The onsite meetings on 10-11 June 2026 take place in the dedicated Matchmaking Area in Sataman Viilu, Jyväskylä. In the Meetings, you will see the table number where the meeting takes place. Note that only the meetings with "accepted" status are scheduled and reserved a meeting table.

The onsite meetings on 9 June 2026 in the location you have agreed with your meeting partner (no specific meeting location reserved by the organizer). 

Please be on time. If for some reason the meeting partner doesn't join the meeting, send the person a message through the matchmaking system (browser or mobile app) and agree another time to meet.

Rate the meetings

You are asked to rate the meetings you had. The matchmaking activity is funded by the European Comission and the feedback of your participation is required under this activity. You are asked to notify any collaboration agreements that you reach with other matchmaking participants to the organizer and/or co-organizer. This information will be treated confidentially.

b2match mobile app

Once registered to the matchmaking event, you can also book and manage meetings in the b2match mobile app, which is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Note that you cannot register to the event on the mobile application. Once you are registered on the matchmaking website, login to the mobile application and book and manage your meetings also there, you can also send messages to other matchmaking participants.
