The Netherlands Business Support Office is a government agency established overseas by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Economy to assist Dutch companies in exploring potential overseas markets and promoting economic and trade exchanges between the Netherlands and other countries and regions.
The Dutch Council for the Promotion of Trade currently has nearly 20 representative offices in 9 countries and regions worldwide, including 4 representative offices in China, located in Shenzhen, Qingdao, Nanjing, and Chengdu. In China, we have jointly established an economic network for the Dutch government in China with the Embassy of the Netherlands in China, as well as the Consulates General in Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. We have also established close cooperative relationships with public and private institutions in both the Netherlands and China.
We actively support Dutch and Chinese companies interested in expanding international business and establishing overseas connections, utilizing the resources of both regions to explore trade and investment opportunities between the two sides. We provide practical regional information for Dutch companies investing and doing business in China, helping them find agents, distributors, and partners in China, and arranging visit itineraries and business opportunities for large Dutch business delegations and small and medium-sized enterprises; At the same time, we also provide consulting services to Chinese companies and institutions interested in Dutch products and technologies, providing them with information on trade, investment, and scientific research cooperation in the Netherlands, and helping Chinese companies interested in investing in Europe establish connections with Dutch foreign investment institutions.
