About

Our family winery is based in Verduno, in the northern Barolo region. Attached you could find a short flyer with some more information.

For three generations, after Second World War, we have been grape growers in Verduno, and since 2006, I – Diego Morra – have been crafting wines that reflect our passion and dedication.
Here are some key details about our estate (attached you could find more information and some other good reasons to decide to come and meet us at our stand):

OWNED WINEYARDS:

  • Total area: 30 ha (74 acres) across Verduno, La Morra, and Roddi

  • Nebbiolo for Barolo: 14 ha (35 acres), including 3.5 ha in the prestigious Monvigliero cru, producing our flagship Barolo DOCG Monvigliero (6,000 bottles annually)

  • Other Varieties: Pelaverga, Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay

  • Annual Production: 80,000 bottles (future potential growth)

  • Farming: Sustainable, SQNPI-certified

  • Vision: young team (36 years old is the average age of our team), enthusiastic, dynamic, scrupulous and meticulous in the production of our wines, which derive only from grapes we own and personally cultivated in our vineyards and followed step by step. Strongly convinced of the importance of territorial cooperation and teamwork, in Italy and abroad, for the promotion and knowledge of the territory, products and history. We are an active part of some important associative subjects in our Region, and in the board of some of them, as Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe e Dogliani Consortium, Strada Del Barolo, I Vini del Piemonte Consortium, Verduno E’ Uno Association

Our wines have received accolades from esteemed publications such as Decanter, Wine Enthusiast, Terroir Sense, Falstaff, and more.
