hand-picked into crates in the last ten days of September. Separate, cold-controlled fermentations take place in steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the wines are blended and aged for 5 months in steel tanks until final filtration and bottling. Their main characteristics are freshness, minerality, and flavor, with a long, complex finish and a white fruit aftertaste. White that flows into straw yellow with gold reflections and with scents that remind the vesuvian brooms. Fruity shades of pineapple, banana and yellow peaches. Dry, savory and with a minerality due to volcanic soils.
