Barbaresco Sopravento 2021

It comes from the low and light of parcel of the Fanin vineyard, in the municipality of Neive, in the Barbaresco area. It is a vineyard of 40 years of limited production, with a yield of about 45/50 quintals per hectare. It is produced only in best vintages, traditionally vinified in wood Barrels cherry with manual replacements and fullings. Add  18 mounths in French cherry’s medium Barrels (400/500L), bottling without filtration by gravity then rest for another 12 months in the bottle.
