Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 Giunà

It comes from the old vineyards  Giunà (since 1968), inside the Carpegna MGA. The  vineyards producing the 100% Nebbiolo of Barolo. It is a picking selection of our Barolo grapes where we give up the mention, produced only in Amazing vintages and vinified with the   long time capped method in wood barrels (45 days maceration). After fermentation, 100% of the wine goes into barriques (all used), once for 36 months. After the wine is blended, still in concrete, where it rests for another 3 months. It is then bottled by gravity without filtration and aged in the bottle for 12 months.
