Mantegana is a plant-based butter made of cashew and baru nuts using our unique fermentation process. Its fatty base is a blend of Brazil-grown, RSPO-certified palm kernel and sunflower oils. Suitable for direct consumption (on toast, bread, pancakes, etc) as well as for cooking (both salty and sweet recipes).
