Coexpair designs and builds RTM workstations including clamping & heating systems, injection systems and tool handling devices. Automation of High Performance RTM process for aerospace is our job. Injection systems are specifically designed for RTM and SQRTM processes, providing accurate parameter control and reliable manufacturing.
Coexpair Injection system features :

Accurate Control of Resin Flowrate and Pressure Parameters, each piston is actuated by an electric servodrive motor

Accurate temperature control, up to 290°C (550°F)

Accurate control of vacuum (0-27 mbar), degassing system to avoid volatiles in the resin

Recipe and smart automation: compatible with Master™ for automatic injection and Syncflow™ for multi-platform injections for large volumes

Designed to inject single component or pre-mixed multi-component resin systems, Bi-component resin systems are under development.
