Full- surface coatings

Traditionally, substrates are fixed within the coating system in a product- specific fixture, so that the surface is coated only partially, remaining uncoated where it touches its fixture.

Opcos' innovative mounting concept can be applied to many substrate geometries, such as lenses (>Ø 1 mm) and rod lenses (>Ø 2 mm), without support points, which allows for a homogeneous, full- surface coating. In addition, the cleaning and coating of substrates in these mounts is also tested at high process temperatures, which means that this holder concept has no limitations for our large portfolio of coatings.
