Cleanroom assembly of optomechatronic systems
General manager at Nijdra Group
Netherlands
About
Nijdra Group has extensive experience in the assembly of optomechatronic assemblies in our in-house cleanroom (ISO class 7).
Our process ensures the highest level of cleanliness and particle control throughout the entire chain:
-
We produce the fine mechanical components using clean manufacturing methods to minimize contamination from the start.
-
Intermediate cleaning steps are applied after key production operations.
-
Final meticulous cleaning takes place just before assembly in our cleanrooms.
-
The optomechatronic modules and systems are then assembled under strict cleanroom conditions.
-
Upon completion, products are cleaned once more and cleanroom-packaged entirely in-house.
This integrated approach guarantees that sensitive optomechatronic systems, such as those used in optical, medical, analytical, defense and semiconductor applications, meet the stringent cleanliness and performance requirements of our customers.
We fully control contamination risks from production to delivery, enabling reliable, high-precision performance in demanding environments.
We are happy to discuss your specific optomechatronic challenges during the W3+ Fair in Wetzlar!
