As the organiser, we want to facilitate your networking with exhibitors and visitors during the conference through a professional matchmaking platform.
The matchmaking platform aims to establish and facilitate connections between exhibitors/visitors as well as visitors/visitors.
For your on-site meetings, you can create your own personal matchmaking agenda with pre-scheduled bilateral 20-minute meetings. Your personalised agenda ensures efficient use of time and supports meaningful connections and information exchange. Meetings will be held in a dedicated area and will be arranged in advance via this website.
How does it work?
How does the B2B Matchmaking work?
First, register as a participant, exhibitor or student. To request a meeting, simply browse the list of participants or the marketplace and identify potential matches. You can then send meeting requests, including a short note explaining the purpose of the meeting. Once your request is accepted, the meeting will be scheduled at a reserved table during the next available timeslot at the event.
