About me
I am looking for a partner organization to collaborate on a Social Innovation Initiative (SII) project.
I recently served as project manager for a European Social Fund project (2022-2024) that empowered Ukrainian refugees (over 1000 unique participants involved into project's activities). The project provided a range of successful integration opportunities, including:
-
Vocational training: We offered practical skills training through courses in web development, programming, entrepreneurship, AI media creation, UI/UX design, smartphone repair workshops, nail & brow artistry, hairdressing.
-
Language skills: We delivered Swedish and English language courses with a job focus, to equip participants for the Swedish labor market.
-
Emotional wellbeing: We provided individual and group emotional support services to help refugees adjust to their new environment.
-
Human rights and integration: We organized seminars to raise awareness of human rights for refugees.
I am now seeking a partner to collaborate on a new SII project that builds upon these successes. We can combine our expertise to create an even more impactful initiative that supports the integration of Ukrainian refugees in Sweden.
