I represent Association "ę". We support integration of Ukrainans refugee with specjal attention on needs of 50+.
My organisation
We are Polish NGO with 20 yrs of experience in leading projects and programmes activating seniors and inspiring multigenerational initiatives. Recently, we have realized innovative programmes aimed to adapt and integrate Ukrainian refugees and migrants (especially 60+) with Polish society. We are realizing projects as well as we are regranting organization, which is leading nationwide programmes. We have experience in designing social innovations. Since 2016, we have been running a social innovation incubator, where we have supported and tested over 100 innovations for the social inclusion of older people. We can offer: our reach experience, innovative model methods, contact networks, experts, research. We create communities of people for whom the quality of social life in Poland is important. Each year we support more then 100 communities all around Poland. We help institutions and organizations notice and engage the communities around them in common activities. We have experience in founding form UE and also form humanitarian donores. We have long term cooperation. We are particularly interested in solutions that could combine the social capital of seniors with activities for refugees and migrants. In this competition, we would see ourselves as a partner rather than a leader.
About me
Sociologist; graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Reportage Laboratory of Collegium Civitas. A graduate of the prestigious European Diploma in Cultural Management. Scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Member of the Social Council for Culture of the Mayor of Warsaw (2012-2015). Expert and advisor in matters of social innovation and culture for institutions such as: National Cultural Center, Batory Foundation, National Audiovisual Institute, City of Warsaw. Author of publications devoted to culture, including "Cultural start-up. Hints for Incubators. Author of several dozen projects in the area of cultural animation and social innovation. Creator of the idea for the Society's key activities: social research in the field of culture, the network of Flying Cultural Animators, programs supporting young cultural managers, and the social innovation incubation program. Since 2016, head of the social innovation incubator in the "Innovation Generator. Support Networks" program. Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Arts at the University of Warsaw. President of the Society since 2011, during which time she supervised the implementation of over 100 projects implemented in Poland and Europe with a budget exceeding PLN 25 million. She also serves as a coach, mentor and tutor, supporting the development of projects and their authors. The midwife of social innovation and the "godmother" of many social initiatives throughout Poland. She advises corporations in the area of corporate social responsibility and social innovation. She worked for, among others, BMW, DHL, Sanofi, Samsung, ING Foundation. President of the "Good Ideas" company. Privately, Kuba's mother. She relaxes by spending time with friends and absorbing contemporary prose - preferably in a hammock by the Narew River.
