The historic farmhouse stands atop Parussi Hill in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto, 12 km from Alba, the capital of the Langhe, a renowned wine-producing area in Piedmont. Parussi is also the name of the Additional Geographic Mention for Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in this area for Barolo wine production. The current ownership initiated the renovation of the farmhouse and the construction of the underground cellar, completed in 2011. The name Rosoretto derives from an old rose garden cultivated among the Nebbiolo vines, which we have nurtured and expanded over the years. The excellent geographical location, respect for winemaking traditions, and the desire and ability to explore new paths that modern technologies offer: this is what we believe in. Winemaker Davide Arcuri and his team oversee every step, from vine cultivation to manual harvesting and transportation to the winery. All wines are vinified in-house. Our winery, entirely built underground, stands as an eco-friendly masterpiece. We firmly believe in agricultural practices that preserve the land's resources for generations to come. Since 2020, the vineyards in Castiglione Falletto are certified organic.
