Barbera d’Alba D.O.C. Superiore “Valletta”
About
Barbera d'Alba "Valletta" takes its name from the place where its vineyard is located, which is the oldest of the company, with an age exceeding 60 years. the grapes are harvested manually in mid-October, followed by fermentation for about ten days at a controlled temperature in order to achieve a great structure and complete extraction. We continue with the use of French barriques, made up of 50% new wood, in which the wine remains for a period of 20 months and is decanted twice a year. The wine obtained after a natural sediment is bottled the following year.
