TechGDPR is a Berlin-based data protection and AI compliance consultancy founded in 2018, specializing in helping technology companies navigate EU regulatory frameworks. With deep expertise in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU AI Act, and sector-specific compliance requirements, we advise startups, scale-ups, and enterprise technology firms on building products and services that meet European standards.

Our core services include GDPR compliance programs, AI Act readiness assessments, Data Protection Officer (DPO) services, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and cross-border data transfer frameworks. TechGDPR is headquartered in Brandenburg, Germany, and serves clients across Europe and internationally. We are particularly experienced in advising Indian IT services and technology companies seeking to serve European clients, helping them understand and implement the compliance frameworks required to operate in the EU market.

We are looking to expand our advisory services in the Indian market and explore partnerships with Indian technology companies, IT services firms, and legal/compliance consultancies.

We are pursuing three tracks on this delegation:

Partners: We seek Indian compliance consultancies, law firms, and technology companies interested in a joint service offering for EU data protection and AI regulation. Ideal partners already advise Indian firms on international expansion and want to add deep GDPR and AI Act expertise to their portfolio.

Multipliers: We want to connect with accelerator programs, trade bodies (e.g. NASSCOM, iSPIRT), and EU market entry programs that support Indian companies expanding into Europe. TechGDPR can serve as their go-to compliance partner, helping portfolio companies become EU-market-ready.

Customers: We are looking to meet Indian technology companies — both B2B (IT services, SaaS, AI/ML) and B2C (fintech, e-commerce, healthtech) — that are actively doing business in Europe or planning to. These companies face mandatory GDPR compliance and, increasingly, AI Act obligations. We help them build compliant operations without slowing down product development.
