Seeker is seeking a Singapore-registered company to collaborate on a joint R&D project under the UK–Singapore Collaborative R&D 2026 programme.

Enterprise hiring often means large volumes of CVs, fragmented recruitment data, inconsistent assessment and difficulty identifying the right talent quickly. Good candidates can also disappear into databases simply because they were not right for one vacancy at the time.

Seeker has developed a Recruitment Intelligence Engine built from 16+ years of recruitment expertise. It uses 30+ structured signals to understand candidates and roles beyond keywords, producing contextual and explainable rankings.

The proposed R&D will extend this into a broader intelligence layer connecting talent, roles, organisations, talent markets and recruitment outcomes.

We are looking for Singapore partners with complex or high-volume recruitment environments, relevant HR/TA expertise, recruitment technology or AI/data capabilities, and the ability to provide real-world use cases and validation.

Seeker brings the existing technology, recruitment expertise and UK use cases. The aim is to jointly develop and validate commercially scalable Recruitment Intelligence technology for Singapore, the UK and wider international markets.
