UK National Quantum Showcase 2025 - 1-2-1 Meetings

Innovate UK and UK National Quantum Technologies Programme (UKNQTP), in collaboration with the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) is excited to bring together a fast-growing community of quantum technology businesses to the UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase 2025.

As part of the showcase, Innovate UK is hosting 1-2-1 meeting sessions where you will have the opportunity to connect with key decision-makers and leading industry experts, from the UK and internationally, all in an organised setting on the same day. Share your insights, showcase your expertise and explore potential collaborations that could accelerate your business growth and enhance your influence in the rapidly evolving quantum technology sector.

Last year, the showcase welcomed 2,000+ people and the 1-2-1 event saw over 90 meetings take place, with 11 European and international businesses involved. This year the showcase aims to be bigger, with more exhibitors, more delegates and a jam-packed conference schedule.

When: Friday 7th November 2025 | running from 10:30 - 16:00 GMT (each meeting is 20 minutes)

Registrations for the 1-2-1 meetings will close on Tuesday 4th November at 10:00. Once registered, you must book your meetings by Thursday 6th November at 10:00.

Important: Once you have registered for the 1-2-1 meetings, you will also need to register for the main showcase - please visit their website and sign up to the Quantum Showcase.

Delegates and exhibitors can set aside time at the showcase to highlight their business during one-to-one meetings. You can share your expert knowledge to build collaborations, capitalise on UK and international opportunities and discover innovative developments in the world of quantum technology.

To maximise the opportunity, you must prepare an online profile before the day to showcase your products and services and pre-book your one-to-one meetings. On the day of the event, you will attend your 20-minute meeting appointments in person.

Only pre-booked meetings will take place on the day of the showcase, it is not possible to book meetings on the day. However, a few tables will be reserved for ad-hoc meetings to allow for some flexibility.

Last year’s event had over 2,000 delegates, with this year shaping up to be even bigger.

The 1-2-1 meetings are open to anyone with a vested interest in the UK quantum technology sector, including industry professionals, businesses, academics, government representatives, and investors.
