Eti Maden, with its understanding of People and Environment First, Then Value-Added Mining, not only processes boron ores to transform them into value-added products and markets them, but also conducts laboratory and pilot-scale studies aimed at transforming by-products and waste generated in production processes into new products with economic value, and carries out innovative studies in areas such as resource efficiency, circular economy, industrial symbiosis , decarbonization, and sustainable water management.

With the vision of Sustainable Mining for the World, our company is conducting industrial symbiosis and R&D studies in collaboration with institutions, organizations, and companies operating in many sectors, -primarily steel, cement, wood, paper and agriculture- to increase the current utilization rates of boron products, intermediate products, and wastes, to discover and expand new industrial application areas and to grow the market.

Within this framework, aim in attending this event is to establish contact with representatives of leading sectors in Finnish industry that utilize boron and have potential in this field (steel, cement, wood, paper, agriculture), to provide information, to raise awareness, to increase demand for boron products, to exchange information and ideas, and to evaluate opportunities for possible collaborations. In addition, opportunities for on-site observation and collaboration may arise within the scope of Finland's sustainability efforts. (such as carbon, waste, clean energy and biodiversity)
