B2B @ TERRA MADRE SALONE DEL GUSTO 2026

From 24 to 27 September 2026, Torino will once again become the international meeting point for everyone committed to building a food system that is good, clean and fair with the new edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, the event organized by Slow Food that brings together food communities, producers, professionals, institutions, and food lovers from around the world.

This unique event offers the opportunity to discover outstanding products and inspiring stories, meet innovative producers, establish business connections, and explore the key issues shaping the future of food.

The 2026 edition will bring together more than 600 producers from Italy and many other countries, who will showcase their products in a vast marketplace spread throughout the heart of Torino. A wide range of product categories will be represented, including: cheeses and dairy products, cured meats and meat products, bread, baked goods and flours, pasta and cereals, legumes, fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, preserves and vegetable-based products, extra virgin olive oil, vinegars, seafood products, honey and beekeeping products, coffee, tea, herbal infusions and spices, cocoa and chocolate, confectionery and pastry products, jams and preserves, wines, craft beers, cider, spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other beverages.

Within this framework, from 23 to 25 September 2026, Terra Madre Salone del Gusto will also be a key meeting place for business where buyers, importers, distributors, Horeca professionals, restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers, retailers, specialty stores, e-commerce platforms, and food industry players can connect with new producers and develop commercial partnerships.

Through the B2Match platform, participants will have the chance to maximize the value of their attendance by facilitating networking between supply and demand and creating new opportunities for collaboration between producers and food professionals from Italy and around the world.

Attending the B2B meetings sessions is easy, just follow a few steps:

• Register by filling in your company and personal profile (from 18 August to 15 September)

• Check it to be sure that all necessary details are clear and visible to other participants

• Read carefully other participants' profiles, what they are looking for or what they are offering

• Ask for your business meetings and check in the platform the meeting requests you may receive from buyers or sellers in order to accept or reject them (from 31 August to 25 September)

The event is dedicated to buyers, to the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 exhibitors and to the producers joining th Torino Chamber of Commerce agrifood projects (i.e. Maestri del Gusto, Torino DOC, Torino Cheese, and Savor Piemonte).
