Lion's Mane growing facility - searching for strategist & co-founder

We are Borna & Vlatko (official company name is still pending), two engineers from Croatia who took the time to examine the traditional Lion's mane growing processes and decided to target the bottlenecks to accelerate the production process.

We envisioned a new type of reusable substrate packaging and our first goal is to build the facility to test the prototype. We're already in the process of acquiring the plot with basic structures, and obtaining the necessary permits to start construction.

Our expectations are that - by using our boxing technology - the yield time will be shorter compared to competitors, while also producing drastically (70% or more) less plastic byproducts.

We find that the hardest thing for us is navigating the paperwork and - since there are a lot of small checkpoints to cross along the way - we concluded that the best thing for us is to start searching for funding and strategic leadership.

Aside from growing and selling the mushroom product, we want to acquire a patent for the aforementioned growing boxes and place them on the marked as a separate product line (size variants & various kits), to help other small / medium growers scale up their businesses.
