We are Eurotas Hotels, a Slovenian hotel management company operating a diversified portfolio of eight hotels under the EH brand. We develop, manage, and upgrade hotel properties with a focus on guest experience, operational excellence, and modern hospitality standards. Our core strengths are food & beverage operations, digital systems integration, and service design across city, coastal, and alpine contexts. We are committed to sustainability and continuous improvement: several of our hotels hold the Green Key eco-label, and others are in the process of certification, reflecting our efforts in energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing.
