My name is Véronique and I am in charge of the hospitality.brussels cluster. The cluster hospitality is a partner of the TASTE project.
My organisation
hospitality.brussels is the cluster dedicated to supporting and connecting Brussels-based SMEs active in tourism, hospitality, and food-related sectors. Hosted by hub.brussels, the Brussels Agency for Business Support, the cluster acts as a catalyst for innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across the local and European ecosystem. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs go green, get digital, and be resilient by guiding them through the challenges and opportunities of the hospitality industry’s transformation. Our main services 🧭 Advisory & Coaching – Tailored guidance for SMEs on sustainable business models, circular practices, digital tools, and market development. 🌍 Networking & Partnerships – Regular events, study visits, and matchmaking activities to connect entrepreneurs with peers, experts, and international partners. 💡 Innovation Support – Assistance in developing and testing innovative products, services, and experiences within the Brussels hospitality ecosystem. 🤝 EU Projects & Funding – Support in accessing European collaboration and funding opportunities (e.g. TOURBIT, TASTE, Transition Pathway for Tourism). 📈 Visibility & Promotion – Showcasing Brussels-based sustainable and creative initiatives at local and international events. 🎓 Capacity Building – Training sessions and thematic workshops for SMEs and professionals on sustainability, digitalisation, and circular economy. Our vision Brussels as a living lab for sustainable and creative hospitality, where tourism, food, and culture come together to shape the future of urban destinations.
About me
Passionate about sustainable tourism and food innovation, I coordinate the hospitality.brussels cluster at hub.brussels. My goal is to connect and support tourism, event, and food SMEs in their transition towards more sustainable, circular, and digital practices.
Within the EU project TASTE, I’m eager to exchange ideas and foster collaborations among laureates developing transformative solutions for sustainable food in tourism.
