Les Cycles du terroir : promote sustainable food production through bicycle guided tour
About
Challenge 1 - build and mobilise a network of producers and restaurateurs committed to sustainable food. The real challenge here is to get them actively involved in communicating and promoting the event.
Challenge 2 - Reaching an audience living in Brussels but outside our traditional distribution channels, namely an audience of ‘daily cyclists. The aim is not only to get them to participate in the event, but also to get them to return to the places they visited and incorporate them into their daily lives.
