Swedish Big Science Forum 2026

As a delegate  you are invited to book an exhibition space. Exhibition spots can be booked when registering for the event or by contacting Joakim Sandberg.

The exhibition includes:

• Approximately 2 metres of space, including space for a standard roll-up

• One round standing table

• One electrical socket

Please note that all exhibitors must bring their roll-up with them and take it away the same day. There is no possibility for storage.

Research facilities and research institute
There is no exhibition fee for research facilities and research institutes.

For companies: exhibition and pitchFor Swedish companies, a fee of SEK 5,000 (excl. VAT) applies. The fee includes the exhibition space as well as the possibility to pitch the company.

Exhibiting companies also have the option to present a short company pitch. In just a few minutes, competencies, technologies and solutions can be presented to representatives from Big Science facilities, research groups and other key stakeholders on site.
