As an exhibitor, the following is included:

Approximately 2.5 × 2 metres of exhibition space

One round standing table, and one electrical socket
The exhibition area is officially open:
11 March: 12:00–18:00
12 March: 08:30–13:00
Set-up time for the exhibition after 11:00 on 11 March.
Please note that we are unable to receive or store materials in advance of the forum. You will therefore need to bring all necessary equipment with you on arrival and remove it on the afternoon of 12 March.

An exhibition space – and the opportunity to present a short company pitch
This is a valuable opportunity to present your unique technologies, competencies and solutions to key stakeholders from Big Science facilities on site.
Company pitches – how it works:

Total time: 3-5 minutes (the time limit is strict).

Format: A spoken pitch, with or without 1–2 PowerPoint slides.

Focus: Concrete technologies, solutions and areas of expertise – avoid general company information.
For companies, a fee of SEK 5,000 (excl. VAT) applies.
Offer for Big Science facilities and projects
An exhibition space – and the opportunity to give a short introduction to your Big Science facility
This is an opportunity to present your facility’s current priorities, upcoming needs and areas of collaboration to Swedish companies and research organisations.
Big Science facility introduction – how it works:

Total time: 8 minutes (the time limit is strict).

Format: A spoken presentation, with or without a maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides.

Focus: Concrete technical needs, upcoming procurements, priority technology areas and collaboration opportunities.
There is no exhibition fee for Big Science facilities.
