Doctorbike Italia is an urban mobility operator providing mobile technical assistance and on-site repair services for bicycles, e-bikes and other sustainable vehicles. We operate directly in cities, supporting citizens, companies and public stakeholders with reliable, flexible and personalized mobility services. Our mission is to make sustainable and alternative mobility more accessible and practical in everyday urban life. Through our mobile mechanics network and affiliated workshops, we deliver high-quality maintenance services at home, in workplaces and directly on the street, ensuring fast response times and consistent service standards. Doctorbike Italia is actively involved in pilot projects, living labs and real-world testing initiatives related to micromobility, cargo bikes and bike-friendly infrastructure. We also support shared mobility operators in the city of Rome, providing technical services for battery swapping, charging and fleet maintenance for shared e-bikes and light electric vehicles. In parallel, we strongly promote circular economy practices through the recovery, refurbishment and reuse of electric vehicles such as e-bikes, e-scooters and monopattini. Our activities include battery regeneration and second-life solutions, extending product lifecycles, reducing waste and limiting environmental impact. Thanks to a growing national network and digital tools, we support scalable and replicable urban mobility solutions, with a strong focus on operational feasibility and collaboration with cities, companies, sharing operators and innovation partners.
