Hello, my name is Theo Tsenis asset manager and researcher with M.Sc in Electronics, M.Sc in Microelectronics & Management, M.Sc Micromachining & Nanotechnology, M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence, MBA, Diploma in Ship Sale and Purchase ICS, active VC coacher, and for the last 6 years what I do is advancing in physical asset management. This is my research focus but also my business focus.

In research level and having participated and successfully finished EU projects for the past 6 years, the focal point of my research is the holistic unification of the management framework over large-scale physical assets (infrastructure), such as ports, shipping, airports, seaplane bases, alternative fuel and renewable energy production facilities, oil-refineries and pipelines, mines, datacenters, highways, railways, logistics hubs, various PPP projects etc...

My work is grounded in advanced AI, large-scale computational optimization, genetic programming, quantum computing, and robotics. Basically, in the AI and optimization I have covered almost the whole technological area. My objective is moving on the cutting edge of asset management through automation, computational reasoning, computational genetic functional optimization and robotics (humanoid quadruped and drone) across all functional domains of asset management, ranging from executive-level decision-making & strategy, asset efficient operation -utilization and technological robustness, adaptive marketing & pricing strategies, regulation-governance-licensing, tokenization, risk management - preventive, predictive and perspective maintenance – SHM NDE NDT- (basically I have covered all this area).

Furthermore, AI in marketing, M&As, creation of complex adaptive financial structures, assisting seeding and funding rounds and alignment with public and investor policies-goals, AI reasoning over standardization, policies, governance and risk management.

I have unified the whole spectrum of physical asset management modules under AI reasoning, genetic programming, large-scale optimization and tokenization aiming larger smarter more effective and efficient physicals assets accessible for business to the majority of entrepreneurs.

In private markets, I have more than 15 years of entrepreneurship with various startups, and deep studies in business administration, I am also active portfolio manager in financial assets through extensive development of AI and optimization models over advanced forecasting in portfolios, active stock trading (prop and AI), macroeconomics and econometrics, and I am also engaged in real M&A and real private physical assets in EU. So, I would define my self as a multimodal (physical and financial) asset manager.

So having all this background (in such demanding areas) merged with real business asset administration and econometrics/macroeconomics background, I am seeking:

1. As I target excellence to participate into innovative research programs and proposals (all around world, EU, Gulf Area, Africa, Asia) in maritime, defense, transportation-logistics, industrial, energy, environment, pharma and life-science to aid these projects and proposals use and incorporate very advanced AI and agents, quadruped and humanoid robotics, quantum-computing and large-scale optimization, also I can create & manage entire projects’ pilots. My entrance into such consortia can be either under any available institute vehicle participating in the consortia or under affiliated to me private company.

2. Organizing, creating, running research excellence centers.

3. Deepening into advanced AI, agentic, optimization, trading, and scientific papers into AI - optimization into (physical & financial) asset management in collaboration with worldwide such labs. Participating in corresponding physical asset and infrastructure think tanks in EU and Gulf Area.

4. Organizing, creating, running physical asset & infrastructure startups in energy, renewables, maritime, ships, ports, space, bridges, mining, mobility, etc

5. Collaborating with quant and prop offices in delivering exceptional profitable real playbooks always moving on extreme cutting-edge technologies.

6. Freelancing with VC and family offices on advancing over VC -startup business
