CSA COESI is a service center for the cooperative and non-profit world, established in 2008. Reference service center for Confcooperative Bergamo is a territorial structure of the Confederation of Italian Cooperatives that represents over 286 cooperatives COESI - Social Enterprise Service Center is a privileged point of reference for all cooperatives and non-profit organizations in Bergamo province, who has at heart local development based on the centrality of the person and the enhancement of human resources, rights protection, participation, social and environmental sustainability, inclusion and protection of vulnerable groups in order to achieve a better quality of life. CSA COESI offers customized support to help cooperatives and non profit organizations to face complex business problems and make important business decisions. CSA COESI works collaboratively with social economy organizations to solve and face strategic challenges and build capability within the organization, with the final aim to empower organizations to be more sustainable and impactful. Our team of experts bring deep experience and strategic approach. Main services include:  Accountancy & Human resources management  Training & Development  Strategic analysis and support  Subsidized financing schemes  Project design and funding CSA COESI can count on a team of 63 staff and 10 external experts. CSA COESI is a cooperative, with 150 members represented mainly by social cooperatives, consortium and third sector organisations, with an annual turnover of over 3 million euros. The recipients of the services offered are over 674 organisations, represented by social cooperatives, social enterprises and not for profit and civil society organisations.
