Institutional Description – Mobility r-Evolution
Mobility r-Evolution is a network of legally-owned companies established with the goal of developing and structuring electric retrofitting as an industrial infrastructure for the ecological transition of mobility.
The network integrates complementary skills in the fields of mechanical and electronic engineering, renewable energy, industrial design, and supply chain organizational models, operating according to a systemic and collaborative approach. The goal is to transcend the artisanal dimension of retrofitting and transform it into a technical, regulatory, and industrial model that can be replicated on a large scale.
Mobility r-Evolution promotes an alternative paradigm to the scrapping of structurally sound vehicles, favoring electric conversion as an industrial regeneration process. Through modular solutions such as the ecoflange—a mechanical interface that allows the integration of the electric engine while maintaining the original engine block and approved structural geometries—the network operates in compliance with passive safety requirements and current regulations.
The proposed model is based on the principles of the circular economy, ecodesign, and component traceability, with a particular focus on measuring environmental impacts through tools such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Carbon Footprint. From this perspective, electric retrofitting is not considered a temporary or emergency solution, but rather a conscious industrial choice aimed at reducing the use of new resources, extending the life cycle of assets, and creating regional value.
Network governance fosters open innovation, coordination between companies, and dialogue with institutions, technical bodies, and certification bodies, contributing to the definition of operational and methodological standards for the sector.
Mobility r-Evolution aims to be a qualified partner in the regulatory and industrial structuring of electric retrofitting, with the goal of making vehicle conversion a measurable, certifiable practice that is fully integrated into sustainable mobility policies.
