The Alpinebrick © is a construction product for load-bearing and non-load-bearing interior and exterior walls. The special feature of this high-quality mass timber construction in small units is that private builders can contribute their own labour in assembling the timber brick walls, constructing the facade, and carrying out interior finishing, thus saving on their construction budget. Also, non-experienced new workers learn how to assemble the walls very fast which contributes to reducing labour costs.

The basic modules, with a length of 89.6 cm, a height of 40 cm, and a thickness of 12.8 cm, consist of five layers of wood. The wooden ribs in the centre (4.5 cm x 5.6 cm) are connected to the side with two cross-laminated wooden layers, each 3.6 cm thick. The intentionally created cavities between the individual wooden ribs serve as an installation layer. The modular plug-in system consists of seven module lengths and two module heights, ensuring that any wall height and length can be achieved. Beechwood dowels are used every 12.8 cm to connect the individual Alpinebricks ©.

The range of applications for the Alpinebrick © extends from small construction projects such as tiny houses, garden and vacation homes to conventional residential projects like bungalows and single-family homes, as well as larger buildings such as multi-family houses or commercial properties. The uniform pallet transport system enables easy delivery even to hard-to-reach construction sites, such as dense urban areas or high mountain locations. Therefore, the Alpinebricks © are also ideal for extensions and additional floors, as no special lifting vehicles are required for handling the pallets.
