Our material is available in extruded rolls, fabric-like sheets, strips, and granules for injection molding, allowing brands and manufacturers to integrate a sustainable solution without compromising design, durability, or cost-effectiveness. Having reached TRL 9, our technology is fully industrialized and ready for large-scale adoption.
Bio-Leather
We offer extruded bio-leather rolls with fully customizable thickness, color, aroma, and backing options. Designed for stability, uniformity, and flexibility across industrial applications—from accessories to interior design—they can incorporate certified textile backings and adjustable natural coffee scent. Each roll is tailored for seamless integration into continuous production processes.
Granules
Our bio-based granules, made from coffee byproducts and bio-thermoplastics, are engineered for extrusion and injection molding. They ensure excellent processability, consistency, and mechanical performance, enabling manufacturers to replace traditional materials with a circular alternative that is scalable and compatible with existing production lines.
