StelvioTech UG develops Boostainability, a data-centric, AI-enabled traceability and sustainability platform designed to digitalise agri-food value chains from farm to fork. The system integrates IoT sensing, RFID, computer vision, digital twins, and blockchain-based verifiable data structures to ensure high-quality, tamper-proof and interoperable data across distributed stakeholders.
Boostainability provides evidence-based sustainability verification by combining environmental indicators, supply-chain events and ESG metrics with Decentralised Identifiers (DIDs), Verifiable Credentials (VCs) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs, enabling privacy-preserving compliance with CSRD, EUDR, Farm-to-Fork, Digital Product Passport (DPP) and emerging due-diligence frameworks.
The platform enables interoperable Digital Product Passports for food and bio-based products, integrating lifecycle data, sustainability attributes, QR/NFC identifiers, and GS1-aligned semantics to support regulatory reporting, trusted data sharing and circular-economy monitoring across the full value chain.
Currently at TRL 5–6—validated through industrial pilots and EU-funded environments—Boostainability is evolving towards TRL 7, expanding real-time integration with operational production systems. StelvioTech contributes expertise in traceability architectures, DPP frameworks, AI/ML pipelines, cybersecurity, federated data governance, and supply-chain digitisation, supporting Horizon Europe consortia focused on food safety, shelf-life prediction, waste reduction, sustainability reporting and consumer trust.
This positions StelvioTech as a strong technological partner for EU R&I projects requiring advanced capabilities in data acquisition, distributed ledgers, product passport generation, AI-driven decision support, and sustainability intelligence systems.
