Our goal is clear: to replace plastics at scale and build a net-zero, circular materials industry. With our patented process, we transform agricultural residues into traceless® materials: biobased on leftovers, plastic-free, home-compostable, and climate-friendly. To make this a reality, we’re currently building our first large-scale production facility in Hamburg, Germany, set to launch end of 2025. Since our founding in 2020, traceless has grown into a 100-person team, backed by a consortium of leading investors and supported by strong partners and customers. Recognized with awards such as the German Start-up Award and the German Sustainability Award, we’re now entering our next phase: commercial market entry.
I’m Andreas — a nature lover at heart, happiest when I’m outdoors or close to the ocean. Professionally, I’m driven by the question of how we can use our passion for science and innovation in a way that aligns human progress with planetary boundaries — for a long, healthy, and enjoyable life for everyone.
At traceless, I work as Senior Sustainability Manager, ensuring that sustainability remains part of our core DNA. My role is to help shape a way of doing business that truly benefits both people and planet, in line with our vision: a world where the materials we use impact positively on the planet, making pollution and waste history.
