The Next Sustainable Cooling and Refrigeration Technology
Director at Unitech Synergies Limited
LONDON, United Kingdom
About
Unitech has developed a patented cooling system that eliminates the need for refrigerants, compressors, and traditional cooling methods.
Our technology enhances the efficiency of venturi vacuums by connecting them in a loop, which increases both the mass flow rate and air density. Compressed air from the venturi vacuum enters a vortex tube, which separates it into hot and cold streams without any moving parts. The cold air is directed to the system that requires cooling, while the hot air is converted into electricity instead of being released into the environment. This process maximises energy efficiency by utilising recoverable thermal energy.
Our technology uniquely converts rejected heat into clean energy and reduces energy consumption in cooling and refrigeration by more than 50% compared to existing systems. With no moving parts, our system is more cost-effective to manufacture and can be easily scaled for various sectors and industries.
We are seeking the right partners and expertise to help commercialize our technology within the next 12 months, as well as to assist with testing facilities for our proof of concept (POC). We have also developed our first prototype, the 'Coolze Traveller,' which is scheduled for delivery within the next year.
We would be happy to discuss any opportunities with those interested in the cooling and refrigeration sector.
