Digital twin of industrial processes

We develop innovative digital twins that support the plant operators in making decisions by analysing different strategies to manage the plant in real-time.

Our digital twins combine plant data (SCADA) and real-time process and control (actuators) simulations. Furthermore, their interface is a replica of the SCADA or dashboard of the plant. As a result, the digital twin reproduces the plant's performance from activating an actuator to its effect on the process. Our methodology allows the virtualization of any industrial (thermal, chemical, manufacture) process. We have experience in the integration of energy and logistic simulations, IoT, data analysis and BIM (building information modelling) technology.

These digital twins allow for better control and operation of the installation, data availability to perform better predictive maintenance, and development strategies for automation of the process/plant.
