Climate Risks Analysis

About
Envify’s Climate Physical Risk Analysis is a SaaS module that helps companies assess and monitor physical climate risks across their facilities. By simply uploading or entering the addresses of your sites, the platform automatically maps each location and links it to relevant public and institutional datasets. It then evaluates both acute hazards (e.g., floods, storms, heatwaves, wildfires) and chronic hazards (e.g., long-term heat stress, drought trends, changing precipitation patterns, sea-level rise) and produces a clear risk profile for every site.
For each facility, Envify delivers standardized indicators and risk scores, highlights the key drivers behind the exposure, and supports internal validation through traceable sources and methodology notes. The module also provides an aggregated, group-level view: you can compare sites, identify hotspots, rank locations by risk, and generate consolidated outputs for management reporting and sustainability disclosures.
Outputs can be delivered as structured datasets (Excel) and ready-to-share reports (Word), with a dedicated methodology and sources section to ensure transparency and auditability. The module is designed to support a gradual rollout: analyses can be produced extra-system by the Envify team during a pilot phase and then automated fully in-platform once the module is in production.
