Robotic & AI-Powered Modular System for Automated Building Renovation
CMO at phol-labs kft
Barcelona, Spain
About
PHOL-LABS KFT and its international consortium partners are developing an AI-driven modular robotic system for building construction and renovation.
The system automates high-risk and labor-intensive site activities such as surface preparation, drilling, painting, and selective demolition. It enables low-impact renovation of occupied buildings through dust and noise suppression, real-time monitoring, and full digital change tracking.
Integrated tools for 3D scanning, BIM, and video data collection provide precise building diagnostics, support lifecycle extension, and enable more effective recycling and circular construction practices.
The solution combines game-like operational simplicity with assembly-line precision, aiming to increase speed, safety, and transparency in renovation and post-damage restoration (e.g., mold, latent structural issues).
