During 2025, our financial results have allowed us to allocate part of our reinvestment to the creation of a specific sustainability department, aimed at strengthening the environmental and social management of all the organization's activities.

This new team has promoted the development of new sustainable itineraries and experiences, encouraging the search for suppliers with a lower environmental impact and close ties to the region, thus reinforcing our commitment to a more ethical, responsible, and local supply chain. The sustainability department has designed complementary experiences to the Camino de Santiago, focused on promoting responsible, authentic, and environmentally friendly tourism.

At the same time, team-building activities have been designed with the aim of promoting more responsible practices and a greater connection with the local area, such as traditional cooking workshops in permaculture gardens aimed at corporate teams. These initiatives seek to promote collaboration, highlight local knowledge, and raise awareness of the importance of sustainable production and consumption models.

At the same time, the proposal contributes to improving the company's reputation, diversifying the tourism offer, combating seasonality, and differentiating itself from the competition.

These initiatives prioritize the preservation of local traditions, the protection of natural resources, and the provision of genuine and valuable experiences for travelers, aligning with global trends toward more conscious tourism.
