Formalize and optimize business processes and their resources

Based on previous projects done with the French Army and Airbus we developed a set of technological bricks to edit, verify and simulate business processes described with BPMN standard notation. We have the expertise to help formalize business processes in an organization. From there we would be interested in further extending our technology 1) to optimize resource allocation 2) to lead the process on the ground 3) to follow up consistency of the process model with what happens on the field (digital twin) 4) to exchange information in a extended enterprise context.
