PREVENT-TRANSFORM: Innovative Strategies for Preventing NCDs in Transitional Life Periods through Behavioural and Digital Health Interventions

ASES Training & Consultancy, based in Türkiye, is actively seeking to join consortia for Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health proposals under the 2026 Work Programme. We represent a robust ecosystem of health, education, and regional actors including:

• Mamak District Directorate of National Education: Governs 300+ schools and 30 Adult-VET centers, serving over 100,000 learners (10% disadvantaged).

• BOSEV & MUSEV Foundations: Manage hospitals, rehabilitation centers (e.g., Incek), and health-focused media platforms.

• Ortaköy VET Center: Specialized in electronics and inclusive VET.

• ŞefkatDer Association: Works with vulnerable groups including women and migrants.

• Academic partners: Universities including Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart, Ankara Medipol, and Hacı Bayram Veli University Aging Studies Centre.

• Other networks: ANKESOB (Tradesmen & SMEs), municipalities, probation services, agriculture directorates.

We bring expertise in community health education, rehabilitation, behavioral interventions, emotional intelligence, and training models for vulnerable groups. Our experience includes Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Interreg NEXT MED, and other EU-funded programs. We are particularly interested in topics related to:

• Mental health and digitalization

• Climate and health

• NCD prevention in youth

• Community-based care and health equity

We contribute as pilot hosts, co-designers of outreach and training, dissemination leaders, and coordinators of user feedback loops. We are ready to contribute to work packages involving education, community testing, policy recommendations, and sustainability.
