WaSH Innovation, a dynamically developing company specializing in innovative personal hygiene solutions, is introducing a new, unique business model that could change the global approach to hygiene. The main products are portable or quasi-stationary taps, sinks and showers, which are small and lightweight, easy to transport, convenient to install and use and, above all, can save up to 80% of water for personal hygiene purposes. With its patented solution, the company intends not only to revolutionize the market in developed countries, but also to provide access to basic hygiene products in lower-income countries. This ambitious plan assumes sustainable production and sales in various markets, with an emphasis on local entrepreneurship and global social good. This project is the result of over 10 years of research and development in many countries around the world and knowledge gained during numerous courses and trainings organized, among others, in by RedR UK, Wetsus, Startup Hub Poland, UNIDO, DHL Middle East and Africa Innovation Center, EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation.

About me

I am the head of a company that designs and manufactures water-saving, portable devices for convenient washing in off-grid conditions. For many years I designed precise mechanical devices, and I dealt with electronic components, optical fibers, and sensors. I am currently working in hygiene technologies. In the conditions of numerous natural disasters, mass migrations, warfare, and progressive problems with clean water, it is often a matter of health and even life.
Over 30 years of experience in engineering and management of design and research teams, including the design of hydraulic, mechanical, mechatronic, and optical subsystems,
Extensive knowledge of hygiene devices in emergency and disaster conditions.
For many years I've been working with fiber optic sensors to monitor the status of power transformers. Electricity is a necessity these days, however many people don't have permanent access to it. Moreover, ⅙ of humankind do not have access to running water and basic sanitation. Therefore, I recently started working on a project that aims to provide access to running water for washing and personal hygiene in all conditions (including a total power outage).
My invention can really make a difference and has the potential to improve the quality of life for many people by preventing waterborne diseases.
