Monika Šrubařová

Founder of Sources-Matter, a company specializing in sustainability and product compliance in supply chains. I began my professional career as a product compliance engineer in a manufacturing company focused on electronic devices, where I focused on product compliance with legislative requirements, international certification and environmental regulation. I subsequently worked for a German consulting company, where I led projects for well-known global manufacturing and technology companies in the areas of product compliance, responsible purchasing and ESG.

At Sources-Matter, I currently combine consulting activities with the development of a software solution (Bomscan platform), which supports the collection and management of data from supply chains and the fulfillment of legislative requirements in practice. In addition to my entrepreneurial activities, I actively speaks at professional conferences and am dedicated to popularizing the topics of sustainability, product ecology and responsible purchasing.
