Existing Building Reviews & Improvement Prioritisation

Building owners often need to decide what to improve first, which measures can be addressed through operations and where further technical investigation is necessary.

I combine practical site experience with document review to help owners and property managers make those decisions.

My contribution includes:
• Reviewing available technical documents and maintenance information.
• Conducting site observations to identify operational and documentation gaps.
• Distinguishing practical low-cost measures from issues requiring specialist assessment.
• Prioritising actions by urgency, expected benefit, effort and operational disruption.
• Preparing an improvement roadmap with responsibilities and next steps.

This expertise complements ZOLIGATE’s BREEAM In-Use readiness service and can also support building improvement projects independently of certification.

I am interested in existing commercial buildings in Poland. Detailed energy modelling, structural investigations and other specialist studies would be scoped separately with appropriately qualified partners.
