Owner’s Representation & Renovation Project Coordination

I bring approximately 25 years of civil engineering, construction delivery and owner-side project management experience.

I support building owners and project teams by reviewing contractor readiness before work starts, monitoring progress and quality, and challenging proposed solutions when delays or technical risks arise.

My contribution includes:
• Reviewing work methods, prerequisites and execution readiness.
• Monitoring progress against the master schedule.
• Reviewing contractor proposals for corrective actions.
• Coordinating technical interfaces and following up on outstanding issues.
• Reviewing completed work and supporting progress-payment verification within the agreed scope.

I am interested in renovation and building upgrade projects in Poland where owners or consulting teams need experienced, hands-on technical coordination. The role and responsibilities would be agreed for each project.
