Lunova

Lunova’s primary target audience consists of individuals aged 15–65 struggling with various types of addiction, particularly substance addiction. Within this group, our services prioritize those facing chronic addiction, seeking drug-free and natural treatment methods, or unable to access traditional rehabilitation centers due to geographic or physical barriers. Additionally, the families and close circles of addicted individuals form our secondary target audience; they participate in our programs to learn how to provide support during the recovery process and receive professional guidance.

From a corporate perspective, employers and institutions seeking solutions for their employees’ addiction issues also benefit from our services. Our preventive programs, especially those designed for at-risk young adults, offer early intervention opportunities before addiction develops. Through online therapy options, we provide accessible support to those living far from urban centers, time-constrained professionals, and individuals with limited mobility.

Our legal counseling service addresses the needs of individuals and families requiring guidance on the legal aspects of addiction, while our 12-month follow-up program aims to minimize relapse risks for those in recovery. At Lunova, we adopt a holistic approach to combating addiction—one that encompasses not only individuals but also their social environments and diverse segments of society.

While we have not yet conducted direct one-on-one client interviews, we have taken significant steps by holding preliminary meetings with NGOs leading impactful work in addiction recovery. These discussions have helped us better understand our target audience’s needs, improve service accessibility, and collaborate on awareness campaigns. In the coming period, we plan to:

• Conduct pilot applications with voluntary clients undergoing treatment or in recovery,

• Organize focus group interviews with families,

• Refine our service model based on feedback,

• Deepen partnerships with established institutions (under drug-free conditions) to create patient referral systems,

• Develop intern and expert collaborations with relevant university departments.

The data we gather will guide us on critical issues such as treatment access barriers, cost sensitivities, and legal concerns, enhancing our project’s societal impact. These efforts will enable us to take concrete steps toward addressing gaps in addiction recovery in Türkiye.
