About
Deadpoint is the Strategy Operating System for hedge funds — the layer that governs every trading strategy from idea to live capital, with regime-aware AI as the new classification engine.
Hedge funds in the $50M–$1B AUM range have good tools for building strategies and good tools for executing them. What's missing is the decision in the middle: which strategies should run right now, why, and with what audit trail. At most funds, that decision is still gut feel and spreadsheets. Deadpoint fixes that with an eight-step lifecycle — generate, backtest, stress-test, label, classify, route, monitor, feed back — anchored on a global regime classifier that scores every strategy against current market conditions.
The architecture is suppress-only by design: the fund always has the final say, and Deadpoint never touches capital. That makes the platform usable inside a regulated fund without triggering investment-adviser registration — and it builds a defensible audit trail automatically. (Two Sigma paid $255M to the SEC in January 2025 for the kind of model-governance gap this closes by default.)
