Deadpoint is the Strategy Operating System for hedge funds — the layer that governs every trading strategy from idea to live capital, with regime-aware AI as the new classification engine. We're raising a $4.5M seed on a YC post-money SAFE at a $25M cap (~18% dilution).

Use of funds: harden the platform, sign the first paid funds in the $50M–$1B AUM band, and bring on a New York-based CSO/CRO with institutional hedge fund credibility.

Why now:

• The category is forming. Two Sigma paid $255M to the SEC in January 2025 for the kind of model-governance gap Deadpoint's suppress-only architecture closes by default. Every fund running ML in production is now exposed.

• The buyer is ready. Mid-market hedge funds can't justify building strategy governance in-house, and the incumbents (Enfusion, Arcesium) were built on data models that predate the AI era.

• Founder-market fit. Munjal runs his own systematic hedge fund alongside 25 years of enterprise software (Pegasystems, OutSystems, VANTIQ, Software AG). He built Deadpoint because he needed it himself.

Traction: 3 design partner conversations active. One angel pre-commit. Delaware C-Corp formation in progress with Cooley LLP. PoC live with regime classification across 105 strategies and 23 instruments.

Ideal investor: anyone fluent in FinTech, hedge fund operations, or AI governance. Family offices and operator-LPs are a strong fit — many of the same conversations.
