Alfatec is a company that operates in the defense and aerospace industry and was established in 2009, engaged in precision machining.We do have 13 cnc machines and total of 42 employees (7 W 35B)  for now and we produce 85000 hours of annual capacity.Our facility has 1300 m2 closed and 3900 m2 expandable area and located in 11500m2 campus.Make to blueprint company,Solid model design, Fixture and cutting tool design, CAM, NX 12, Autocad for engineering capabilities. Logo ERP prog. Used for managing production control, stock control, finance and purchasing activities.We manage all our processes that directly affect product quality, especially production and quality, with Smartfactory MES Software.Instantaneous cycle data from CNC machines provides real-time visibility on OEE boards. We have AS9100 Rev. D and NADCAP P11TF17 approvals.
