High resolution vibration sensor with advanced structural health monitoring data analysis

This is a high-resolution, low-noise 3D vibration MEMS sensor from Analog Devices, integrated with our own DataMote sensor platform for real-time data acquisition. Consequent data analysis involves anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and structural health monitoring algorithms based on techniques from DSP, spectral analysis and AI. We achieved over 95% accuracy in SHM analysis in actual industrial settings.
